Neopets Player Night at ACMI: Event Recap

On November 18, Melbourne’s Neopets Player Night at ACMI was a magical celebration of community and nostalgia, marking the 20th anniversary of The Darkest Faerie with over 250 fans, influencers, and cosplayers! Attendees enjoyed PS2 game stations, exclusive access to the Game Worlds exhibition, immersive photo ops, and vibrant themed décor.

Highlights included a dazzling cosplay competition, unique goodie bags (both in-person and virtual), community games, and themed cocktails. Special activities featured a virtual quiz, drawing station, and a behind-the-scenes mini documentary about The Darkest Faerie’s development, plus exclusive in-game rewards and new avatars revealed during the event!

• I assume this has been asked a million and a half times already, but are there plans to bring back Habitarium? That was a super fun thing for me back in the day. I understand it’s probably not feasible, but that, or something similar to it, would be great. Especially as a mobile game.
  Appreciate all the hard work that has been put in over the last few years, keep up the good work! We are working on something very creative and spiritually similar for next year!
