Important Update on the NC Mall Revamp Rollout

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible experience for our community, we at The Neopets Team (TNT) want to let you know that the all-new NC Mall will be launching in phases, starting June 17, 2025. Access will be granted to small batches of users every hour, allowing us to closely monitor performance and ensure everything runs smoothly. We anticipate that the NC Mall will be fully available to everyone on or before June 20, 2025.

We sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding during this rollout process, and your feedback is of utmost importance to us as we continue to optimise the platform.  To thank you for your continued support, during our promotional period between June 17 and July 11, 2025 (PT), everyone who has submitted their feedback through our feedback form below will be eligible to participate in our NC Mall Survey Sweepstakes for a chance to win fantastic prizes across three tiers.

While you explore the NC Mall, keep an eye out for Nyla Cashe, a friendly face you might spot browsing the aisles! Nyla is an everyday gal who spends most of her time at the NC Mall, as she loves shopping and giving gifts. She enjoys picking out presents perfectly tailored to her friends’ unique interests, and she’s also a regular donor at the Money Tree.

Sleek New Layout & Rotating Promotions Banner

No more navigating decade-old menus, enjoy a cleaner, smoother interface designed for easy shopping. Shop categories are now conveniently organised in the top navigation bar for quick browsing. Also, don’t miss out on special offers! Promotions now rotate on the homepage banner, with direct links to each featured shop.

See something you love? Save it for later with just a click using our new Wishlist feature. Your favourite items are always at your fingertips.

One-Click Purchasing & New Shopping Cart

Shopping made simple! For those who like to grab and go, the new one-click purchasing option is a game-changer. Prefer to browse and take your time? The cart option is still available for all your bulk shopping needs. Also, your cart now lives right in the sidebar, so you can add items on the fly and keep track of your finds as you shop. No more backtracking or losing track of your purchases!

**A Note on Community Feedback

Based on feedback across our community channels, we’ve updated our sweepstakes to make it fairer and more exciting for everyone. Not only have we removed avatar exclusivity from the prize tiers and are offering a guaranteed new avatar to all participants who complete the survey, but we have also increased the number of winners for the top prizes:

• Grand Prize Tier winners have doubled—from 5 to 10 winners!
• Major Prize Tier winners have increased from 20 to 30!

The highest prize now features one of the most valuable NC items: a Custom Styling Studio Essence—letting you choose your dream character.

Additionally, we have extended the promotional period by one week. The new end date is July 11, 2025 (PT), giving everyone more time to participate and share feedback!
