When you make a purchase from the Neopets Shop, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions:
- The presale for Neopets jumbo plushies begins on 29 October 2024. There are 800 units available, divided evenly into 400 Shoyru plushies and 400 Aisha plushies.
- The price for each Neopets jumbo plushie is USD $119.99, which includes free shipping. Please note that extra shipping charges will apply if you purchase additional items from the Neopets Shop.
- Purchases are limited to one plushie per Neopets species per customer.
- Order cancellations require valid reasons and will only be accepted if submitted before the 12 November 2024, after which point we will commence mass production and cannot accommodate cancellations.
- In the event of any disputes, the decisions made by World of Neopets Limited will be final and binding on all parties.
