Here’s the breakdown of how to enter and win one of our 300 NeoHoods: 

Step 1: To enter this giveaway, complete the criteria for one or more (or all) of the three lottery groups below:

• Group 1: Be a Premium Subscriber (150 Winners)
• Group 2: Purchase Neocash  (100 Winners)
• Group 3: Log in to Neopets.com (50 Winners)

Winners will be randomly selected across these three groups. 

Step 2: Participate in the Gleam campaign tasks to earn entries for each group you qualify for. The best part: you can qualify for multiple groups, boosting your chances significantly! The more groups you belong to, the higher your odds of being selected as a winner!

Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Neopets New Era Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein, as set forth by World of Neopia Limited.

• Campaign Period: The Neopets New Era Giveaway will be conducted from September 13th, 2023 (7:00 AM PST) - September 27th, 2023 (7:00 AM PST).
• Prize: A total of 300 NeoHoods will be awarded as prizes, with 100 quantities of Kacheeks, 100 quantities of Acaras, and 100 quantities of Aishas allocated randomly across all winning entries.
• Group Eligibility: To qualify for each group's winner pool, fulfil each of their respective requirements in the table below and then participate in the Gleam campaign. Winners are selected randomly from the pool of each group. The more entries you gather, the greater your chances of winning. Participants can also join more than one group to boost their chances of winning.
• How to participate in the giveaway: Completing the gleam campaign tasks shall grant you entries for the groups for which you meet the qualifications. Winners are selected randomly from the pool of each group. The probability for winning = your total entries / total entries in the group. Hence, the more entries you obtain, the higher the chance you will be selected. You can qualify for multiple groups, thereby granting you a chance to win in each respective group (for instance, being a premium subscriber and logging into the game would confer eligibility for both Group 1 and Group 3). 

Group eligibility requirements are as follows:

• Group 1:  Be a Premium Subscriber during the giveaway period (150 Winners)
  •  Participants with already existing premium subscriptions will automatically be eligible to win this group as long as the subscription is still active when the giveaway begins on September 13, 2023, at 7:00 AM PST.
• Group 2: Purchase Neocash during the giveaway period (100 Winners)
• Group 3: Log in to Neopets.com during the giveaway period (50 Winners)

You must share your Neopets username to participate in the Gleam campaign, but all other tasks are optional. Entries awarded for specific Gleam campaign tasks are as follows:

• Visit the Neopets Facebook page (1 entry)
• Visit the Neopets Instagram account (1 entry)
• Follow Neopets Twitter/X account (1 entry)
• Follow Neopets Tiktok account (1 entry)
• Submit Neopets Cookbook receipt (5 entries)
• Refer your friends to the giveaway (3 entries)

Your entries will be included in the drawing pool for each group you're qualified for. Essentially, the more groups you qualify for, the higher the likelihood of your selection as the potential winner. Once you win, your eligibility will be withdrawn from the drawing pool of the group in which you won and from any other groups you are a part of. Winners will be notified via email containing a form for details to claim their prizes on October 13th, 2023. Please be aware that the delivery of the prizes might take up to 2 months.
