By purchasing the Neopets Monopoly game ("Product"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Purchase & Pre-Sale:

• Pricing and Payment:
  • Standard Pre-Order Price: $49.95 (available from December 18, 2025, while supplies last).
  • Confirmation: Please note, your spot is secured only after successful completion of your payment.
• Purchase limit: each customer is limited to purchasing up to 5 Monopoly sets
• Refund Policy: Customers are eligible for a full refund until March 31, 2026. All purchases become final after this date to allow us to finalize production and delivery commitments.
• Shipping
  • All applicable shipping fees and regional taxes will be calculated based on your delivery address and displayed for review and confirmation during the checkout process. Please note: This pre-order product is ineligible for any free shipping promotions, discounts, or coupons.
  • The estimated shipping timeframe is July, 2026.
  • While we will make every effort to adhere to these committed shipping dates, please be aware that unforeseeable shipping delays may occur.
  • Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.
  • Free Shipping Discount does not apply to pre-order sale products.

2. Digital Rewards:

• Each physical Monopoly set contains a unique, one-time redemption code for in-game prizes to use at Grundo’s Warehouse on Neopets.com. Codes are not redeemable before the product delivery date.
• *All in-game items received by customers are completely separate from and are not associated with Monopoly or Hasbro under any circumstances.
• Code Redemption: Redeeming the code grants the customer one Tycoon Goodie Bag, which contains the following items: Tycoon Board Game Set, Bank Clerk Stamp, To the Vault Background, Dead Chia Re-Birthday Plushie, Birthday Puppyblew, and Cherise. Note: The ‘Take My Money’ Avatar can be obtained through interaction with an in-game item (see below for details).
• **Stackable Items (Multiple Allowed): The To the Vault Background, Dead Chia Re-Birthday Plushie, Birthday Puppyblew, Cherise, Tycoon Board Game Set and the Bank Clerk Stamp are stackable. This means players may own multiple copies of these items by redeeming multiple codes, and the Game Set can be displayed on leaderboards.
• ***Unlock Mechanism Take My Money Avatar: This avatar is unlocked by having your Neopet play with the Tycoon Board Game Set via your inventory. The Tycoon Board Game Set is a stackable item, meaning you can own multiple copies, and it is a non-consumable item. It is fully tradable and sellable, and it will not disappear or be destroyed after it has been used to grant the avatar. The avatar can count toward the user's total unique avatar count.
• Digital rewards are subject to Neopets' Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For complete terms & conditions, please visit our official blog post.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Liability:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your Legacy Edition arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please provide proof of purchase and detailed photographic evidence of the defect. Upon verification, we will provide instructions for return and offer a replacement (if available) or a partial/ full refund.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to review and refuse any return request if the provided information is insufficient or if the product damage is determined to be the result of user misuse or failure to follow proper care instructions.
• Pre-Order Exclusions: Due to the time-limited, pre-order nature of this product, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than defects (e.g., change of mind, change of address, etc.).
• Digital Rewards: Digital rewards are considered final sale, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

4. General

• Intellectual Property: The Neopets Monopoly game and all associated materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
• Changes to Terms: World of Neopets Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
