Tia is lending a hand at the Soup Kitchen this month, and she could really use an extra pair of hands. There is plenty to do, from chopping vegetables to setting the tables, and before you know it, it is time to serve another warm meal. Play match-3 levels to collect Bronze Coins, then bring them to Tia's shop to exchange for supplies. Every little bit helps prepare more hearty meals and keeps the kitchen running a little smoother. Let's get cooking!

Starting with this event, the Event Shop no longer stays open for an extra week. The event runs from Thursday, August 27 through Wednesday, September 23 (02:00 PDT), and the shop closes later within the day on Wednesday, September 23 at 19:00 PDT.

That means there is no bonus week to spend leftover coins, so exchange your Bronze Coins as you earn them rather than saving them all for the final stretch.

New: Character Skill Upgrades Are Here!

The biggest change this month is not in the kitchen. A brand new skill upgrade system is live, and you can now upgrade Jorett’s skill to make it stronger and more versatile.

Every character fits a different situation. With the rework, choosing who to bring into a level matters more than it used to. A character who breezes through one board might struggle on the next, so it is worth thinking about your line-up before you dive in, whether you are clearing story levels or pushing your run in Endless Mode. More tactical options, more ways to play.

Where to get upgrade materials: Upgrade materials are available through the Event Pass and the Event Shop, so the more you play this month, the faster you can power up your favourites.

And this is only the beginning, more characters will be reworked in future updates, with new and exciting skills on the way. Now is a great time to start building up the team you want to take forward.
