Endless Challenge Update Now Live in Faerie Fragments

We’ve rolled out a fresh set of improvements to Endless Challenge in Neopets: Faerie Fragments to make every run feel smoother, more strategic, and even more fun. Whether you love a relaxed puzzle session or thrive on tougher boards, these updates are designed with you in mind.

Obstacle Adjustments

We’ve fine-tuned how obstacles appear and behave across difficulty levels:

Easy Mode Is Now Obstacle-Free
Looking for a laid-back experience? Easy difficulty now features a completely clean board. With no obstacles in your way, you can focus fully on completing objectives and building satisfying matches.

Fewer Obstacles on Medium & Hard
On Medium and Hard difficulties, the maximum number of obstacles that can appear at one time has been reduced. This gives you more space to plan your moves, create combos, and play strategically.

Obstacles Clear More Quickly
Obstacles won’t linger as long as before. If left alone, they’ll now disappear sooner—helping prevent overcrowded boards during longer runs.

Daily Attempt Updates (Starting July 23)

We’re also making changes to the daily attempt system to give you more opportunities to play:

• You now receive 3 attempts per day (previously 2).
• 1 free attempt is still available each day.
• You can now purchase up to 2 additional attempts (previously 1).
• Paid attempts now cost 350 Gold (reduced from 500 Gold).

These updates will go into effect beginning July 23.
