Important Update: Neocash Gift Card Price Adjustments

We hope this message finds you well! Over the past year, we’ve made many exciting changes and improvements to enhance your Neopets experience, and we remain committed to continuing this journey with you every day.
To ensure we can operate effectively and continue investing in Neopets' future, we need to make some adjustments. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates between the Brazilian Real (BRL) and the U.S. Dollar (USD), we will be implementing changes to Neocash Gift Cards. These adjustments will help us cover increased platform fees and align the pricing of these Gift Cards with direct NC purchases.
Starting 17 March 2025, the following price adjustments will take effect:
- Neopets Ylana DDP Neocash Gift Card: R$30 → R$40
- Neopets Sophie DDP Neocash Gift Card: R$30 → R$40
