The tables are set, the flowers are blooming, and there is plenty of tea to go around. Tia's Seasonal Exchange returns this month to mark something special: two years on New Faerieland.

We're celebrating another wonderful year, and everyone has set up a little tea party in the garden for the occasion. Play match-3 levels to collect Bronze Coins, then use them to pick up some lovely tea party treasures. As with last month, the Event Shop does not stay open for an extra week. The event runs Thursday 24 September through Wednesday 21 October, and the shop closes later that same day at 19:00 PDT.

There is no bonus week to spend leftover coins, so exchange your Bronze Coins as you earn them.

Two Years of Faerie Fragments

This is our second anniversary, and there is more than tea waiting for you.

Log in on the day of the Anniversary - October 17 and you'll be rewarded with both in-game items and Neopets.com rewards. One day only, so set a reminder.

Skill Upgrades: Ascor Is Next

Last month we introduced character skill upgrades and promised more characters would follow. Here is the first of them.

Ascor's skill upgrade is now available. Once upgraded, his skill hits more targets and spawns boosters at random as it goes.

While both use the Boomerang, Ascor's skill lands a random number of hits, so what he does to the board is far less predictable. Get lucky and nothing clears a board faster — worth bringing to an Endless Mode run.

Where to get upgrade materials: through the Event Pass and the Event Shop, as before.

And there are still more characters to come.
