By purchasing the Neopets Monopoly game ("Product"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Purchase & Pre-Sale:

• This is a limited-edition product of 2,000 units.
• Pricing and Payment:
  • Early Bird Period (March 14-31, 2025): The early bird price is $69.95.
  • Standard Price (April 1, 2025 onwards): The standard price will be $79.95.
  • Your order is confirmed upon successful payment.
• Purchase limit: each customer is limited to purchasing up to 3 Monopoly sets
• Refunds:
  • Refunds will be accepted for a limited time.
  • The last day for refund requests is April 15, 2025.
  • After April 15, 2025, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This is due to the need to finalize shipping arrangements and production commitments.
• Shipping
  • The estimated shipping timeframe is June 1-30, 2025.
  • While we will make every effort to adhere to these committed shipping dates, please be aware that unforeseeable shipping delays may occur.
  • Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.

2. Digital Rewards:

• Each Monopoly set includes a redemption code for digital Neopets in-game items.
• *If the purchase is completed before April 1st, the Super Bright Rainbow Pool Stamp will be included as an extra bonus. However, this extra bonus is limited to one email purchase, regardless of the quantity of Monopoly sets bought with a single email.
• **One individual Neopets account is limited to redeeming one Sterling Skeith Avatar and one Sterling Skeith Stamp; redeeming multiple codes from multiple Monopoly sets for the same Neopets account will not result in receiving multiple stamps and avatars of the same type.
• ***All in-game items received by customers are completely separate from and are not associated with Monopoly under any circumstances.
• Digital rewards are subject to Neopets' Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Liability:

• If your Product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt, providing proof of purchase and detailed photos of the defect. We will provide instructions for return and, upon verification, offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
• Due to the limited-edition nature of the Product, returns for reasons other than defects (e.g., change of mind) are not accepted.
• Digital rewards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

4. General

• Intellectual Property: The Neopets Monopoly game and all associated materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
• Changes to Terms: World of Neopets Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
