By purchasing the Neopets x MLBPA 12" Mega Kacheek ("Product"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Purchase

• Limited Edition: This is a limited-edition product of 3,000 units worldwide.
• Pricing: The unit price for the Product is $129.95.
• Confirmation: Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment.
• Availability: Purchases are available while stock lasts.
• Purchase Limit: To ensure fairness, each customer is limited to purchasing up to 2 units.
• Refunds: All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is successful, the purchase is non-refundable. This is due to the nature of the limited production run.

2. Shipping

• Estimated Shipping: August 2026.
• Delays: While we make every effort to adhere to these dates, please be aware that unforeseeable shipping or manufacturing delays may occur. In the event of a significant delay, we will proactively notify all customers via the email address provided at checkout.
• Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.

3. Digital Rewards

• Each Mega Kacheek includes a redemption code for exclusive Neopets digital in-game items.
• Redemption Limits: Please note that certain in-game items may be limited to one redemption per Neopets account. Redeeming multiple codes for the same account will not result in multiple items if the item is flagged as unique.
• Licensing & Usage: While digital rewards may feature the names or signatures of MLB Players, Inc. under official license, these digital items are provided and managed solely by Neopets. MLB Players, Inc. is not responsible for the delivery, functionality, or technical support of in-game items.
• Terms: Digital rewards are subject to Neopets’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Returns & Liability

• Defects: If your Product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase and detailed photos. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.
• Final Sale: Due to the limited-edition nature of this Product (3,000 units),all sales are final and non-refundable.
• Code Redemption Policy: No refunds will be accepted or processed if the digital reward code has already been redeemed. If the code remains unused and a physical defect is verified, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Unlock Mechanism of the Avatar: This avatar is unlocked by interacting with the Hydrate With a Slushie Badge. Hydrate With a Slushie Badge is a stackable item, meaning you can own multiple copies, and it is a non-consumable item. It is fully tradable and sellable, and it will not disappear or be destroyed after it has been used to grant the avatar. The avatar can count toward the user's total unique avatar count.

5. General

• Authenticity: Each figure includes an Adoption Certificate with a unique serial number. This number is assigned randomly and cannot be requested or exchanged.
• Intellectual Property: The Neopets x MLBPA product and all associated materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
• Modifications: World of Neopets Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms.
• Final Decision: In case of any disputes, World of Neopets Limited reserves the right of final decision.
