A Message from TNT Dom
A little over three years ago, a small team set out to revive Neopets.
We never had to wonder whether anyone still cared about Neopets. You have always been here. Logging in, customizing pets, trading, finding bugs before we did, and waiting patiently while we fixed them. You are the reason there was anything left to rebuild.
Most of the work since has been the kind you can't see. Neopets came with a tech stack as old as it is, and years of debt stacked on top: broken pages, dead features, code nobody had touched in a very long time. The team has spent three years working through it, month after month, with very little credit. Every plot, every event, every capsule since then sits on top of that work.
What we didn't know was whether that love would fill a street in Manhattan.
Then we opened the Neo York pop-up store, and a flash flood warning went up over the city. Sideways rain, thunder, every excuse in the world to stay home. I stood by the door thinking: what if we built all of this and nobody came?
You came. Soaked, grinning, umbrellas already surrendered. Close to 5,000 Neopians visited us over four days, from Australia, Brazil, Chile, Korea, Norway, and every corner of the US.
You have been proving that for years, in ways that never show up publicly. Last month you did it where the whole world could see. You, at the door, in the rain and in the line, breaking Shopify’s attendance record for a weekend pop-up.
It also happened to be my birthday that week, and I spent it celebrating with Neopians inside Neopia. I watched people meet each other for the first time, over a place we all grew up in.
A lot is still broken on the site, and we still have a great deal of work ahead of us. This is the beginning, not the victory lap. But the ground underneath Neopets is steadier than it has been in a very long time. The foundation is sound, and it can carry what we can finally build and fix on top of it, which is what lets us talk about the future as a plan rather than a wish.
We will keep reviving Neopets, with your support.

Faerie Festival
2026 is the biggest year for the Faerie Festival yet! Following the end of The Void Within when Fyora stepped down, this year's festival will be hosted by Iridesia and Luxinia. Not only can you donate items in exchange for capsules and prize shop points, but this year players will vote to seat the new Faerie Council. In addition to the fabulous wearables in the regularly scheduled Free the Faeries NC event, look forward to a battle pass, new avatar, and more later this month!

Chocolate Parfait Mystery Capsule & Whimsigoth: Tricks and treats are upon us a month before Halloween! Choose between decadent chocolate and Neopolitan desserts wearables or witchy, whimsical gothic fun.

Styling Studio
In tandem with the upcoming Faerie Festival and Annual Chocolate Ball, expect some new Baby Faerie and Chocolate poses alongside prismatics in the Styling Studio this month! In addition, Nostalgic Faerie and Baby Chocolate tokens will also be rotating back in. 
RetroGameCon
Neopets is excited to be an official RetroGameCon sponsor this year! Not only will we be hosting “The Official Neopets Panel,” but Neopets merchandise (along with a brand new exclusive prize code) will also be available at the RetroGameCon booth.

Tales of Dacardia: New September Build!
A new build is coming to Tales of Dacardia this month! Keep an eye out for a prize pool refresh, a new monthly Donation Drive featuring a familiar old Bounty Hunter, and new TADA-exclusive NP Awards (did someone say Crusty Crabby Pizza?!?)
Faerie Fragments
Tia's Seasonal Exchange is back again in Faerie Fragments and runs through September 23. Tia is lending a hand at the Soup Kitchen this month, so play Match 3 levels to earn Bronze Coins, then trade them in at the Event Shop for soup-day rewards like the Soup Faerie Doll, the Soup Faerie Kitchen Background, and the French Onion Soup Cake before the event ends.
New this month, character skill upgrades have arrived. You can now upgrade Jorett's skill to make it stronger and more versatile, and collect upgrade materials through the Event Pass and Event Shop, with more characters getting reworked in future updates.
Take note that the Event Shop no longer stays open for an extra week. It closes later the same day at 19:00 PDT on September 23, with limited weekly restocks while the event is live, so spend your coins as you earn them. Link your Faerie Fragments account to NeoPass to claim Neopets.com rewards, including the free Kadoatie Laser Pointer!

Thank you to everyone who joined us in New York for our first-ever “Neopets in Neo York” pop-up store. Nearly 5,000 Neopians braved both rain and shine, some traveling from as far as Brazil and Norway, making our official collaboration with Shopify an unforgettable weekend.
