Does my old Neopets Account still exist?
Depending on how long ago your last log in was, your account may or may not still be active as there was a purge of inactive accounts in 2012. Try recovering your username or password on the log-in screen, or ask a Neofriend type in your username or pet names into the search bar.
If your username still exists on the site, you may need some help getting back in, since we’ve upgraded our account security. That’s covered in the next section!
Can I recover my old Neopets account?
If your username is still active, or your account is frozen, our team can work with you to get you back in and your pets fed!
To contact our Customer Support team, please fill out and submit the form here. When trying to recover an old account, it helps our team verify your ownership if you provide as many details as possible, such as any email addresses associated with the account, old passwords you might have used, where you were located when you created the account, and other details only you would know!
We have extensively overhauled our recovery system in recent years and encourage people to submit another ticket to try again.
How do I sign-up for Neopets?

Neopets supports Google, Apple, and Facebook Single Sign-On (SSO) account creation through our unified NeoPass system, or you can create a standalone account linked to your email.

What is a Neopets Virtual Prize Code?
If you run into a member of The Neopets Team in the wild or purchase any official Neopets merchandise, you may receive a Virtual Prize Code! Enter it over at Grundo’s Warehouse to redeem it for an in-game item.

Start by exploring Neopia or grabbing some omelette! Some of our players have played regularly since we first started in 1999, so needless to say, there is no shortage of things to do in Neopia.
We understand that it can be overwhelming, but luckily many of our certified fan-sites have guides on how to do anything from feeding your pet to making your first million Neopoints.

If you’ve created or recovered your account and want to play Neopets on the go, you can log into your classic Neopets account on the Neopets Companion App (available on iOS and Android). From there, spin some wheels, do your dailies, feed your pet, and more!
