We’re excited to begin the year with two incredible initiatives: a major update to our Premium Perks and a time-limited 25th Anniversary Quests open to all players. Whether you’re a Premium subscriber or enjoying Neopets for free, there’s something special for everyone!

Premium Perks Update

Here’s what’s new for Premium members:

1. Premium Fortune Cookies: Receive a free Fortune Cookie every month, including favorites like Faerie Quest and Deluxe Training Cookies.
2. Premium Battledome (BD) Challengers: Battle four rotating retired challengers, offering a nostalgic experience while staying true to current lore.
3. Premium Streak Save Pass: Protect your progress with monthly reset streak save tickets—perfect for repairing broken streaks in Trudy’s Surprise or the quest log.
4. A Big Surprise is Coming: Something exciting is on the horizon! Stay tuned for a major reveal at the end of the month—you won’t want to miss it!

Additional perks include Premium Goodie Bags, extra Game Score Submissions, and extended Neolodge stays for up to three months, and enhanced Quest Logs.

25th Anniversary Quests

To celebrate Neopets' 25th anniversary, we’re introducing a special series of quests open to all players—Premium or not! This inclusive event is designed to bring the entire community together for an unforgettable experience.

How It Works:

• Promotion Period: March, 14 - 31 2025 (PDT).
• Complete quests during this period to unlock valuable in-game rewards.
• Each completed quest grants an entry into our Top Prize Pool, giving you the chance to win exclusive prizes.

Exclusive Rewards for our 25th Anniversary Quests

We’ve curated exciting rewards based on Premium subscriptions, Neocash (NC) purchases, Monopoly (Limited Edition), Faerie Fragments, and NeoPass participation. Here’s what you can earn:

1. Premium Subscribers & Neocash Purchases

Monthly Premium Subscriber Rewards:

During the promotion period, new or existing subscribers to the 1-month or 4-month Premium plan will receive a Spring Faellie.

Annual Premium Subscriber Rewards:

New or existing annual subscribers during the promotion period will receive:

• Black Long Sleeved Cape or Neopia Central Scene Stamp (50% chance for either, chosen randomly).
• Bonus Reward: 5 lucky annual subscribers will win a Super Attack Pea!

NC Purchase Rewards:

• Tier 1: Purchase $5 or $10 of NC to receive the Royal Candychan.
• Tier 2: Purchase $20, $50, or $100 of NC to receive the Meridell Castle Stamp.

Note: Multiple purchases using the same email within the same tier will result in only one redemption code. However, users can claim rewards for different tiers so that you can receive both Tier 1 and Tier 2 gifts! Redemption codes for Premium and NC rewards will be sent to your Neopets account email within 4 weeks after the campaign ends.

2. Monopoly Pre-Order Rewards

Pre-order our limited Monopoly: Neopets 25th Anniversary Celebration Edition during the promotion period to redeem:

• Super Bright Rainbow Pool Stamp (for your Neopets.com account)
• Exclusive Sterling Skeith Avatar and Stamp and additional in-game items (redeemable after receiving your Monopoly set, for your Neopets.com account)

Additional Details:

• Only 2,000 units available.
• Each email can order up to 3 sets only.
• The estimated shipping date is June 2025.

3. NeoPass Rewards

Connect your Neopets.com main account with NeoPass during the promotion period to receive the 10th Birthday Illusen Book.

Note: While the likelihood of technical issues during the NeoPass transition process is less than 0.01%, any issues encountered will be resolved within 3 working days after submitting a customer support ticket. If unresolved within this timeframe, users will receive compensation in the form of an in-game item.

4. Faerie Fragments Rewards

New Players: Download Faerie Fragments, link it to NeoPass, and reach Level 10 during the promotion period to earn a Faerie Paint Brush.

Note: New players are defined as users who download the app and link with NeoPass during the promotion period.

• Level 100 Achievement:  Super Attack Pea (Exclusive to this time-limited quest campaign and awarded only to 5 lucky winners) 
• Level 650 Achievement: Faerie Fragments Baby Tiles Stamp
• Level 700 Achievement: Professionally Matchmaker Avatar

Note: With the exception of the Level 10 & 100 achievement rewards, all other Neopets.com classic achievement rewards are permanent for eligible users unless otherwise updated.

Top Prize Pool

Completing 25th Anniversary Quests not only earns in-game rewards but also grants entries into our Top Prize Pool. Each quest you complete boosts your chances of winning exclusive physical and digital Neopets merchandise.

• x1 Upper deck Celebration Box
• x5 Neopets E-shop coupons (US$25x 2)  
• x10 Blind Box Plush

Note: Winners will receive notifications via email within 4 weeks following the end of the campaign.

Seamless Reward Distribution

Claiming your rewards is simple! Redemption codes for all earned rewards — including but not limited to the Spring Faellie, Black Long Sleeved Cape OR Neopia Central Scene Stamp, Super Attack Pea, Royal Candychan, Meridell Castle Stamp, Super Bright Rainbow Pool Stamp, 10th Birthday Illusen Book and Faerie Paint Brush — will be sent to your Neopets account email within 4 weeks after the campaign concludes. Top Prize Pool winners will also be notified during this period.
